1. General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and wha7 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at wha7.vip. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency, the English-language version shall prevail.

1.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the wha7 platform shall be governed by applicable law. wha7 operates as a platform providing entertainment services to users in Bangladesh and complies with applicable provisions relating to online gaming and consumer protection as they apply to the provision of such services.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the wha7 platform, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and wha7 with respect to use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on wha7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.

2.1 Registration Process

All information submitted during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. wha7 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one wha7 account. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or mobile number — is a serious breach of these Terms. wha7 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any balances, pending bets, and bonus funds held in duplicate accounts will be voided.
• The primary account may also be subject to review, suspension, or permanent closure at wha7's sole discretion.

2.3 KYC Verification

wha7 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed, and may also be required before certain deposit methods or promotional offers become available to your account. Documents that may be requested include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
• Proof of residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wha7 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wha7 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials — whether by you or an unauthorised third party — will be treated as having been conducted by you. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on wha7 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). wha7 does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash or Nagad. The following payment methods are supported:

You may only deposit funds from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.

3.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within three hours during normal operating hours (9 AM to 9 PM BST). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business cycle.

3.4 Responsible Use of Funds

Players must only deposit funds that they can afford to lose. wha7 strongly encourages all players to set deposit limits on their accounts. Funds deposited into a wha7 account are held separately from company operational funds. wha7 does not pay interest on player account balances.

4. Betting and Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slots, and other wagering activities on wha7 are governed by the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform.

4.1 Sports Betting

wha7 offers live in-play and pre-match sports betting markets across cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, Dhaka Premier Division), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to the bet being confirmed. 4.3 Live Casino

4.4 Voided and Cancelled Bets

wha7 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: manifest pricing errors; abandonment or cancellation of a sporting event before a result is determined; discovery that a player has breached these Terms in connection with the relevant wager; or technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the game or market. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's wha7 wallet balance.

4.5 Maximum Winnings

Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant product section. wha7 reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings that exceed published maximum payout limits, with the excess portion voided rather than paid.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified:

• All bonus funds and winnings derived from abusive activity will be voided.
• The player's account may be suspended or permanently closed.
• Genuine deposits (net of any bonus amounts) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

5.4 Promotion Expiry

All promotional bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free bets that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not completed, before the stated expiry date will be automatically removed from the player's account. wha7 is not obliged to reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

By using the wha7 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wha7:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access, scrape, or interact with the wha7 platform in any manner not expressly authorised by these Terms.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation may be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which wha7 offers betting markets.
• Using the wha7 platform to launder, conceal, or transfer funds of illicit origin.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wha7 customer support staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to place bets on your behalf.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic access controls.

wha7 monitors platform activity on an ongoing basis using automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes. Accounts found to be in breach of any of the above prohibitions may be suspended immediately, with funds held pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, wha7 reserves the right to permanently close the account, void all associated balances and bonuses, and report the activity to relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your wha7 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, wha7 will process any pending withdrawal of your verified available balance to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Closure by wha7

wha7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed by wha7 due to a breach of these Terms, wha7 reserves the right to void all balances — including real-money deposits where those funds are directly connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity. Where an account is closed by wha7 for any reason unrelated to player breach (e.g., regulatory changes), the verified available real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months during which no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred. wha7 will send a notification to the email address registered on the account prior to applying an inactivity status. After 24 months of continuous inactivity, any remaining balance may be subject to an administrative maintenance deduction in accordance with applicable regulations. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by contacting wha7 support.

8. Responsible Gaming
